It is also nice to know I am not the only struggling. It was nice to see stories and tips others use to feel better. Thank you for all your hard work putting all the wellness tips together.The tips are mainly an encouraging friendly voice.Appreciate your hard work on providing us with information, but I feel like I have enough information, I just need to put the activities into practice.Weekly tidbits and blurbs are fun to read and bring light to a stressful day.Thank you for all your efforts to provide support and de-stressing suggestions during these very challenging times. I have my own ways of managing stress and appreciate that these options are there, should I need something more.I happen to be managing my stress well- doing my own activities outside work (swimming daily, walking dogs, getting family support, etc.). You are doing a good job with so many ideas, resources, options.It is always a pleasure to read something new or learn a new recorded yoga session. continue the wellness and well-being support being offered.Anyhow, thanks for all you do and have been doing to make sure we all remain emotionally/mentally healthy during such stressful times.I think the tips are very helpful! I unfortunately was not able to participate in either of these.They have helped TO remember to breathe, pray and write to reduce my daily stress in these challenging times. Keep offering the employee self-care session even after COVID-19.

In the midst of all the panic, you as health care professionals rose up and took the reins on how to help your fellow colleagues and that has not gone unnoticed, so thank you for your hard work.

Kudos boards professional#
Just getting the emails is enough to make one feel like they are part of a professional community that cares. It makes me proud to be a part of the CCRMC family. Even though I have only accessed maybe 10% of the content for personal use, knowing that our hospital community has a group of professionals dedicated to our mental health and well-being during these days provides a well needed security blanket. but thank you for the continued work on content! Sometimes I only have time to read the quick tips on what is in the email, while other times I can look at all the links and resources.
